The AGM & 2012 Calendar metting will be held at the Taree Leagues Club this Saturday from 3.30pm.

A working bee will be held @ Nabaic on Sat & Sun the 4th & 5th of Februrary.

There is a variety of jobs to be done, so don't be shy, there is something for everyone!

If you would like to be a part of the organising team please contact our Pres, Grant McQuillan.

There is much to be done beforehand(of course) but man power on the day is critical to success.

We need the usual array of Control Officials and Road Closures but we also need to a team to set up & run the event, so Stage Commanders and their assistants are at the top of the shopping list.

We also need a number of field Officials for various jobs including, Spectator Marshalls, Course Cars,(Zeros, Sweep & Recovery etc) and general assistants.

It is good fun & very rewarding for a job well done.
